【酒庄背景】
古柏龄家族来到干邑区安家落户实属偶然。
这位夏季农场工人、牧羊人和剪羊毛师在1981年成为了一名蒸馏师。他带着他的三个壶式蒸馏器，在冬季的时候从一个酒厂到另一个酒厂去蒸馏黄香李、梅子、杏等水果。
1991年他应聘了一份工作，并前往干邑地区。第二年他成为了一名干邑经纪人。
Jean的工作是去干邑产区zui偏远的小酒厂寻找zui稀有的小批次干邑。
1999年，Jean看到那些真正特别的小批次干邑消失在大规模的调配酒中而感到沮丧。于是，他买了几桶老干邑，并和他的家人将它们悉心装瓶。在这批干邑中，他di一次讲述了每一批干邑背后的故事，并在酒瓶上注明了它们的年龄......于是古柏龄干邑就这样诞生了！
当他的父亲Jean在2003年退休后，Guilhem带着对“揭示夏朗德宝藏内在精神”的强烈渴望接管了酒庄，这也成为了他的座右铭。
Guilhem热衷于发掘当地家族传承的干邑宝藏以及私密交易的窖藏，以此扩大了自己的酒窖库存。
Guilhem决定在尊重每款干邑历史的基础上，参与控制部分或全部的陈酿过程。他甄选地块并与葡萄种植者签订合同。
Guilhem开始寻找法国以外的进口商，并建立一个干邑爱好者和收藏家的经销网络。2012年，古柏龄酒庄搬进了位于夏朗德河岸的19世纪的酒窖，以寻求复刻 di 一批 zhu 名的“干邑酒商-陈酿人”的酒窖熟成条件，他们是该产区的先驱。
在古柏龄干邑酒窖里，通过精心挑选和陈酿，每批单一年份酒都成为风土和家族历史的生动见证。
